Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stadium Payments ("Stadium Payments", "we", "us", or "our") at https://payments.stadiumstream.co (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.
Stadium Payments is part of Stadium. Livestream tools such as queue, overlay, and YouTube integration are provided separately at https://www.stadiumstream.co and may be subject to additional terms on that site.
What Stadium Payments provides
Stadium Payments lets creators accept voluntary tips through public donation pages, view earnings and transaction history, configure payout and portal settings, and receive payouts to a PayPal email address. Donors may pay using Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and/or PayPal checkout, depending on creator settings.
Stadium Payments is not a bank, money transmitter, or payment institution. Payment processing and payouts are handled by third-party providers.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live and have authority to accept these Terms. Creators must sign in with a valid Google account. Donors must have legal capacity to make voluntary payments in their jurisdiction.
Creator accounts
Creators sign in using Google OAuth with basic profile scopes on this site. We do not request YouTube access through Stadium Payments. By using the Service, you authorise us to maintain your account, store your payment settings, and process tips and payouts on your behalf.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Google account
- Providing an accurate PayPal email for payouts
- Configuring donation portal and checkout settings appropriately
- Complying with Stripe, PayPal, and other applicable third-party terms
Donations, fees, and payouts
Voluntary tips
Donors may send voluntary tips to creators through public donation pages hosted on this Service. Tips are not purchases of goods or services from Stadium Payments unless explicitly stated otherwise by the creator.
Platform fee
Stadium Payments charges a platform fee of 10% on eligible tips processed through the Service unless otherwise disclosed at checkout. Creators generally receive the remaining 90%, subject to payment provider fees, refunds, chargebacks, holds, and compliance reviews.
Payment providers
Tips may be processed through Stripe and/or PayPal. Stripe checkout runs on Stadium's platform account; creator payouts for eligible tips are sent to the PayPal email configured in settings. Payment processing is subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
Refunds and chargebacks
Tips are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a creator chooses to issue a refund through available dashboard tools. Chargebacks, disputes, and reversed payments may result in adjusted creator balances, reversed payouts, or account restrictions.
Taxes
Creators and donors are responsible for any taxes, reporting, or regulatory obligations arising from tips or earnings. Stadium Payments does not provide tax advice.
Delivery to Stadium
When a tip is successfully processed, we record the donation and may transmit it to the main Stadium platform so the creator can display it in their live queue, overlay, or related stream tools. Delivery on stream depends on the creator's configuration of the main Stadium product.
Creator responsibilities
Creators agree to:
- Use the Service lawfully
- Provide accurate payment, payout, and portal settings
- Honour reasonable expectations they create with their audience about tips and on-stream recognition
- Not use Stadium Payments for fraud, spam, harassment, illegal content, or rights violations
Donor responsibilities
Donors agree to:
- Provide accurate payment and display information
- Send tips only with payment methods they are authorised to use
- Understand that messages may be shared with the creator and may appear on stream through Stadium according to creator settings
- Not use donation pages to harass creators or post unlawful content
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its APIs
- Interfere with security, authentication, or rate limits
- Upload or transmit malware or unlawful content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with Stadium or any creator
- Use the Service to violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access where appropriate.
Intellectual property
Stadium Payments and its software, branding, design, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service according to these Terms. You retain ownership of content you provide, but grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit it through the Service.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google, Stripe, PayPal, and hosting providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the Service will meet your requirements.
Stadium Payments does not control payment networks, PayPal, or donor behaviour. Creators are responsible for their streams, communities, and compliance obligations on other platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stadium Payments and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) GBP £100, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stadium Payments and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or applicable law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, or where required for operational, legal, or security reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts.
